SEO PROCESS REPORTING
We provide a very detailed review of what happened during the last period based on our actions to improve your site. We cover many acspects of SEO as you will see below in more detail since we add on to the exact same report as the campaign goes on, you will never receive a “new” report.
The access to the one SEO report is all you need as this report is added onto in every category for maximum organization and reporting presentation. It will be updated 2-3 times a month, and our deadlines for reporting updates are on the 1st and 15th of every month.
1st Month and On Page Optimization Reporting:
During the 1st month you will receive an On Page Optimization Update no later than 15 days in. The first month’s off-page reporting will not be updated until the end of the 1st monthly cycle. So if the campaign started on the 1st, off page will be updated by the 1st of the next month. If your campaign started on the 15th, then it will be updated no later than the 15th of the following month. From the end of the 1st monthly cycle, the off page optimization will be updated on a bi-weekly basis.

· Campaign Details and Keywords:
The “Campaign Details and Keywords” report is simply an overview of the campaign, provides the start dates and end dates, ftp and cms information, and keywords with corresponding research for quick look consulting and reference.
SEO Report Overview:
The SEO Report Overview is for internal use. It simply records whether or not each page of the report was able to be completed and gives the status of the local listings. It will also let the client know what pages are pending (if any) and why.
Ranking Report:
The SEO Ranking Report is typically the one page most end clients pay attention to. This report will track where the keywords are ranking in Google as the campaign progresses. This charts our overall progress and is the core focus of our efforts.
Directory Submissions Report:
The Directory Submissions Report simply documents what directories we have submitted the end client’s website to. Directory Submissions can take up to one month for approval, and only a percentage of Directory Submissions will be approved. Once the Directory Submission is approved the approval link will be added to the report. The PR column symbolizes the Google PR of the Directory being submitted to.
On Page Optimization Report:
The On Page Optimization Report documents the progress of the On Page Optimization which is completed by the end of month one, unless special circumstances apply. Precision Analytics Grup does continue to modify Meta Tags and other “On Page” factors as the campaign continues, but we do not report on these small changes made throughout the campaign.
Social Book Marking Report:
The Social Book Marking report is documented very much so like a Directory Submission Report. The Social Book Marking URL being submitted to is listed, the corresponding Social Book Marking Google PR is recorded, and the approval link is furnished once approved.
Article Submissions Report:
The Article Submission Report will also document the URL being submitted to, Google PR and will be updated with the Approved Link once Approved. Article Submission approvals can take up to 30 days and only a certain percentage of article submissions are accepted and approved.
Approved Links Report:
Our Link Building team works hard to achieve one way links for every SEO Campaign. The One Way links we achieve through our link building efforts are documented on this report. If you click on the URL on your SEO report you would be able to view the website in which we have place the client’s website link onto. We are fully transparent in our link building efforts and do not use any link farming websites.
Traffic and Back links Report:
The purpose of the Traffic and Back Links Report is to provide a snapshot of the linking and traffic progress of the campaign. The full traffic report is generated by Google Analytics, so this is only a quick reference to traffic ranking through Alexa.com. The report will also track the Google PR of the client’s homepage, number of Back Links recorded by Google, and the number of Indexed pages of the client’s website.
SEO Audit Report:
As with any high quality SEO Company, we audit the “On Page” of every website on a monthly basis to make sure everything is in check and indexing ok by Google. This is simply an audit. So when it says “sitemap” – Done… this means we checked to make sure the sitemap is still uploaded into Google correctly and has no indexing problems from the Google “Spider”.
